Welcome to KLS’s Shri Vasantrao Potdar Polytechnic, Belagavi
Our college Established in the year 1992 as a Polytechnic for Women. In the year 2000, appropriately the Institution was renamed as Shri Vasantrao Potdar Polytechnic to suit the co-educational status. Late Smt Ashabai Potdar, Belgaum made generous donations to the Institution, to name the Polytechnic in the memory of her husband, late Shri Vasantrao Potdar.
The Institute started with two Diploma courses in Engineering Disciplines, i.e, Architecture and Computer Science. Today, VPP is offering diploma education in Five disciplines i.e, Architecture, Computer Science & Engg., Electronics & Commn., Civil Engg., Mechanical Engg.
